What you can expect:
We will spend some time helping you to enter a relaxed state. During the hypnosis you will be fully aware of your surroundings and you will be in full control. We use personalised strategies, tailored to your needs (we do not use scripts). We may also discuss other aspects of treatment such as lifestyle, diet and exercise.


We believe in empowering you and so throughout your treatment we will work with you to help you develop the skills you need to continue your progress.
