We spend much of our lives racing from one place to the next, or thinking about what we've done or what we need to do. Psychologically this is not a healthy state to be in. Dwelling in the past can lead to depression. Worrying about the future can lead to anxiety. Learning to be mindful, teaches us to be present in the now.

What we offer

Mindfulness course - we run a 6 week course that teaches you the basic skills you need to develop your mindfulness practice. By the end of this course you will have a greater sense of self-awareness and have the skills you need to deal with pressures of life such as stress and anxiety.  We keep groups small so that you get a more personalised experience. The course is practically based, so that you will have the tools to develop your own mindfulness practice. The course includes:

  • Mindfulness for sleep
  • Mindful eating
  • Mindfulness for life

Mindfulness coaching - as well as classes we offer a mindfulness coaching service for individuals or couples which can be tailored to your own needs.
